Most questions are below. If yours is not, write to support@getbriva.online and a person will reply.
Which platforms does Briva support?+
Android today. iPhone, Windows, Mac and Linux are being built now. One account will cover all of them.
How many devices can I use?+
Ten at once, on one subscription. The app lists them all and lets you remove any of them.
What is the kill switch?+
If the VPN connection drops, the kill switch blocks all traffic until it is back, so your real address is never exposed during the gap. It is on by default and can be turned off in Settings.
Why does the app ask to send notifications?+
So it can show a Disconnect button in the notification shade while the VPN is connected. Decline and the VPN still works; you just disconnect from inside the app instead.
The app says 'could not connect'. What now?+
Try another country, or switch between wifi and mobile data. Some networks block one protocol; the app falls back to another automatically, but a badly filtered network can take a second attempt.
Can I connect on public wifi with a login page?+
Log in to the wifi first, then connect Briva. The captive portal page cannot load through the tunnel.
Does Briva keep logs?+
Not of your activity. See the privacy policy for exactly what is stored and why.
How do I cancel?+
From the app or from Google Play. You keep access until the paid period ends. Refunds revoke access immediately.
I signed out and my device still shows on the list.+
Signing out releases the slot straight away. If a device is no longer used at all, it is removed automatically after 30 days.
